I love all things Joann. I especially love the emails and updates. Their app is easy to use. If u have trouble with it just ask a staff member. They are always kind and helpful.

Its always nice to have an app that doesnt do anything to piss you off, this is one of those.

This is much better than arriving at the store only to find out that your flyer is at home!

That said I wish the coupons were easier to use for frequent buyers!! Having to open every email to get to individual coupons can really hold up the line!! Just a single scan and give us anything we might be eligible that is available!!

Great app. Very convenient for coupons and checking to see whats on sale. I love Joanns and can spend way too much time there. I havent had any issues with the app so far.

I am in my 70s and not tec savvy....even I can use this app!
