Yasssssss
Sorry to you go.
Sorry to see you go 😘
I’m going to miss this store. It was honestly so incredible with great service and amazing prices. I’m a crafty person and I loved coming here, sometimes just randomly to see what they had. I got my first ever sewing machine here for a very fair price and I really am going to miss this amazing shop. Thank you, Joann, for being such a wonderful place for me and other crafty souls.
This is heartbreaking! Always go here first before I even attempt anywhere else always have what I want. I’m really sorry that this is happening.
What a shame to closed the only nationwide craft and sewing store . What are we going to do now !?
I got 100$ gift card for christmas and they wouldnt let me use it. After Ive given them so much of my money, the least they could do was let me get something.
This store supported a lot if my crazy ideas and last minutes projects! I wish they would keep the online stores open
The app works great and looks good to bad that Joanns is closing
I wanted to thank the company, and all the employees who helped make the store what it was. Joann will be very much missed.
Too bad Joann’s is closing. Lots of good stuff. Unfortunately, the choice to favor online versus in store customers has been a big problem. I will not buy fabric online but if I come into store, I will find and buy a lot more products AND do the work myself and save you collecting packaging and shipping. But most coupons favor online customers. Sad that this wonderful company had poor leadership.
I have decided to write this review to say thank you to the people have helped make the shopping experience for us better. That includes employees, managers, drivers, etc. Id also like to thank Joann’s for letting us have access to fabric and other things that other craft stores don’t provide. RIP Joann’s 2025 us crafters will miss you…
I love Joanne’s too bad. They close down the store in Antioch now it’s all the way in Concord. Me to drive since I’m older now before it was just up the street. I wish it was back in Antioch know how many elderly people. Woman who really need them I really would like to have them. Around that’s where we get all our knitting and crochet and sewing. Now we have to go over the hill to shop which for us elderly is face it it’s too hard to drive or either find rides Joanne, you are missed and Antioch
Loved this app! Always had the best coupons and notification of great deals.
I have been shopping at Joann’s for years. And I’m so sorry to see that they’re going out of business. 🙁
JoAnn’s store has such a variety of products that it makes things easier to make a variety of different crafts. They have such a wide selection of products and even the hard to find items.
fair well my good friend
JoAnn’s has been a sewing, crafting go to for many years for me. When I heard they were closing I was saddened, but even more so disappointed when I went to a location with my sixty plus dollars in JoAnn’s gift cards and was told I was out of luck and could not use them!! Joann’s has already gotten the cash for these gift cards but now refuses to allow me to redeem the cards in their store. No wonder they are going out of business…really bad business decisions. There was life before JoAnn’s and there will be life after.
Dear Joann I will miss u so much u have beautiful material fabrics and more than not any others store have 💔 now what i will do with out u? So sad that u have to go this is another great store gone. Thank u for all the amazing material I found at ur store like no one else ❤️ I always have great time w u pls stay don’t lieve us we need u here 😭
I can not believe we are losing your store! I hope you can come back . There is nothing to compare with your wonderful store. We will miss you terribly!
They took over all the mom and pop fabric options and now sewing we will be forced to buy on line… what a shame.
I am a long-time customer of Joann’s and am truly saddened by this announcement that you are closing. Thank you for supporting my years of crafting, sewing, and being my creative outlet. This institution will truly be missed.
I’m just leaving a review to say how sad I am upon learning that Joann’s is closing all of their stores. This place was my go-to especially after Hobby Lobby’s mistreatment of pregnant and queer employees. Thank you for being there for all of my creations. They really packed a punch for a small store. You’ll be sorely missed in our community of dead shopping malls and empty store fronts. Billionaires are ruining our economy, democracy, and environment. SMDH
Close stores keep mail order
I will miss this store. There’s no other stores like it. I wish they left two or three open in each state.
Going to miss her. The app was always a pleasure to peruse, sad she had to end this way.
You will be missed. Thank you for serving the crafting community.
I have a gift certificate for JoAnns. They will not honor it. I feel they stole $25 from me. My granddaughter worked very hard for this money shoveling snow at 10 years old. All I can say is shame on you. For not honoring a gift certificate that is paid for. Your company stole $25 . I ask how many other loyal customers did you steel from?
Vulture capitalists destroy another retailer. Joann Fabrics was fine until these ghouls came along and loaded it up with debt for their own benefit.
Joann is a great store and needed in the community!
I am so sorry to hear that our store in Macon is closing.
I’ve been going to Joann’s since I was really little for all sorts of crafting things. I have never had any issues with the app or looking for what I need but I will miss shopping in store for fabric to sew or wooden crafts or charms. Will continue to shop there until its final closure. Thank you Joann’s for all you had.
Great deals and quality fabric. Ordered fabric online and they gave me the extra material left in the bolt for free. Great service and friendly staff at the Alexandria, MN, St. Cloud, MN, Spanaway, WA and Ontario, Oregon stores! Am an avid quilter and sewer.
So physical stores stopped accepting gift cards and now you can’t shop online due to ‘high demand’. Should have thought about that before closing all your stores! And you owe me money since I bought that gift card!
I love this store
Ordered on line . Durin out of business sale They took my payment but never received product
I can’t believe you are closing! Going to miss you!
This utterly breaks my heart. Because of Joann’s I was able to start a small business to help take care of my family. I wish there was a way to stop this, nevertheless thank you for helping so many crafters and small businesses.
Poor, this “update” took away our teachers discount and the rewards!!
💖
App was working fine, but I was forced to update it. Now I get a spinning wheel of death when I try to search, and when I go into the departments (like “Apparel Fabric”) it says “Sorry, nothing matches your criteria.” Guess I’ll have to use a web browser to shop online.
Have none
Love the different choices I have and easy way to shop
Why can’t I just click on an image and everything opens up. It says nothing in this area. If they don’t work why have them. Very annoying.
Not happy with the way The business is going. They’ve now removed all specialty discount programs including the healthcare 4H girl scouts etc… the coupons available are small in number and very limited. This was a great place for crafting supplies but is now the worst. They seemed to have standards but have since let all standards lapse. Not to mention the closing of stores in my area are all closing so there will be no store left to go to. Very disgusted and disappointed right now.
Neither the App nor the website is working correctly. Products in cart change from pickup to ship without me physically changing it and then I have to go through and change each item individually, which is highly frustrating! Coupons are NOT working either and NO, items were not under exclusions, I checked the coupon details. Not happy! Please fix these issues now.
You could buy beads, scissors, patterns, thread, glue, and a myriad of things online but how can you tell what a fabric feels like or looks like with h other clothes or accessories?
It would be nice if the app showed in-store purchases too. And they should create project boards
I might stay down bad
I am sad that the stores in Chicago are closing the ones I am referring to on Elston and Canal Street I don’t understand why you couldn’t have left one of the stores open I have a disability therefore I cannot travel to those stores out of my area to look at the products I can only order online, which is fine, but sometimes I would just like to go in the store I’m sure your other customers would like to see at least one of the stores open in this area. We really don’t have any that we can shop and buy fabric and crafts from I would like the Chicago area to not to be a desert fabrics and crafts area
