I just love everything about JoAnns and the app is as good as the store.

The fact that I can used the coupons at Michaels as well.. Amazing

Love love love Jo-Anns!!!!! Always my first go to craft store. And, there is never any shortage of coupons so I can always save a little more on top of their great sales.

I am a regular customer of Jo Ann on W. Market St. in Greensboro, NC. There the service is great from the floor help to the cashiers. They are always helpful, friendly, and very knowledgeable of the products available in their store, and they didnt hesitate to help me set up my app for coupon savings. Ive been hooked on Jo Anns, ever since. As a matter of fact, I may stop by today to get more supplies for my homemade greeting card project. Thanks Jo Ann!

Love the app. Love the stores. Love the ease of not having to clip coupons. Just open the app, have the clerk scan it and you are done. Love the fact that JoAnns always has a coupon I can use.

Would be a good app if the coupons would ever come up when you are checking out. Not wanting to carry paper coupons around you need the app to work. The store said most people have the problem at there store. Tried it on their wifi and on cell data. So you are only left able to get coupons on the web. Which did not include all coupons on app. Last visit costed me $15 dollars. So frustrated ☹️
